Multi Colour Streamer necklace
This is joyous I think. Made with streamers in mind, the ideas of those, and carrying those, toting them around in a necklace form thrills me!
This is a sustainable DIY assemblage necklace with a pure enjoyment of dressing up vibe.
It’s got lots of various pen lids on key rings, from dried up or finished pens from my studio supplies. It’s got a creative, artful collection of things, some pens, some saftey pins. So much beauty altogether as a piece. Lots of pieces of fabrics from my archive used here, as well as sourced cottons from the 1990s in neons.
Made intentionally from found and collected old parts, some of which were chosen because of their signs of wear and age. Both things to celebrate!
The closure is a small plastic contoured release buckle.
Comes is a custom necklace drawstring bag and hand made jewellery box.
