DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 Dispatch Times

 Purchases items aim to be delivered to you in the best possible time. Items will be processed and fulfilled within 2 -3 working days upon receipt of your order. You will then receive an email with the tracking details to the email address supplied at given time of order. If this isn’t the case please contact us here studio@iamlouisegray.com 

If it is a large item of Furniture or Artworks, delivery courier services and times can be communicated direct with the customer.

In the event that there is a problem with your order, and if item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you via the email you provided during the ordering process.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

All items marked as Edition(s) and Artwork(s) are final sale and non-refundable.

All items marked in Sale are final.

All Non- sale, non Edition(s) or Artwork(s) products can be returned can be made within 14 days of receipt for refund of a product item. Exchanges can be made for differing sizes, or colours provided they are in stock. For returns outside the 14 day period from sale, an exchange in value for other products at the value it was purchased at will be issued. All products must be returned un-used, in original packaging, including all tags. All items will be inspected upon return.

In a case of exchange or return neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be refunded.
